Hello everybody.

I created a YouTube channel where I will upload videos with my music: My channel.

I will be glad for your support!

I find it necessary to rewrite the information from the document, which explains how you can use my music. 

I recommend to open document too, because it can be updated after the publication of this post.

It is necessarily acquaintance for those who wants to

use my tracks in their projects!

1. I forbid to use music which was uploaded on NewGrounds with note "You may not use this work for any purposes"!

You can't use these tracks for any purposes:

I) In your projects: games, animations, videos

II) Making remixes on these tracks is not allowed

III) Distribution on other sites besides YouTube (in this case you have to specify link on NewGrounds or SoundCloud)

2. I forbid to use my music without preliminary agreement of all details with me!

Tracks distributing on SoundCloud and NewGrounds with condition "Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project" get under this rule.

After agreement of all details you can use my music:

I) In your projects: games, animations, videos

II) For your remixes if License Terms are allow.

Before changing the track pay attention to block "License Terms". It's important!

3. I allow to use my tracks with addition "[FREE]" in a title for any purposes!

Music have not any prohibitions in this category and you can use it:

I)In your projects: games, animations, videos

II) For your remixes

III) For distributing on other sites (WITH SPECIFYING LINK ON ME)

Some clarifying details about remixes:

1) I don't give MIDI of my tracks ==> don't give ".flp" of my projects

2) If you are planning to do remix in other genre you should discuss some details with me

3) I ask you to leave the link on my account either on SoundCloud or on NewGrounds

4) Paid distribution of remixes on my tracks is not allowed!

I ask you to follow these rules. They can be changed over time.
